If it's hard for you to submit via submission system, you can submit your paper via Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Text papers (.doc) will be accepted via submission2024@icirt.info directly.
Papers Publication
Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted paper will be published in international conference proceedings, which will be submitted to major databases like Scopus, Inspec, etc for abstracting and indexing.
Authors are invited to electronically submit their unpublished research contributions keeping in mind the relevance of conference tracks. The corresponding author will be intimated about status of their paper after being double blind review by at least Three experts in the field based on criteria such as originality, significance, relevance, clarity and soundness.
Contributions will only be published in post conference proceeding if at least one of the authors of the paper is registered before 05/01/2024 and one of the authors must present the paper during the conference.
Submission Formatting
Please use the Word Paper Template or LaTeX2e Paper Template to prepare your full or short paper.N.B: Submitted papers should be anonymous (do not show authors on the cover page) and make no reference to authors in the body of the text. Also, files contain metadata that often includes the name of the author of the paper; be sure to remove this metadata.
Page Limit
- Short paper: Each short paper should be with at least 6 pages and at most 11 pages. A paper of this category presents the results of more or less completed research work. Demonstrations of innovative solutions involving IoT are accepted here as well.
- Full paper: Each full paper should be with at least 12 pages. A paper of this category presents the results of very successful research work.
Virtual Participation is allowed for ICIRT 2024.
Due to the prevention and control of COVID-19 and travel restrictions worldwide is not as strict as before, ICIRT 2024 encourage the participants to attend the conference physically for further communication. But if there is any ever-changing international and domestic travel restrictions, we will provide possibility of online presentation for participants from outside of Africa.
