ICIRT 2024 took place at the CNCCI (Centre National de Calcul de Côte d'Ivoire), located in the Pôle Scientifique et d'Innovation in Bingerville, Abidjan. The CNCCI is a leading scientific and technological infrastructure in West Africa, providing an ideal setting for the conference's academic presentations, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Virtual Participation is allowed for ICIRT 2024.

Due to the prevention and control of COVID-19 and travel restrictions worldwide is not as strict as before, ICIRT 2024 encourage the participants to attend the conference physically for further communication. But if there is any ever-changing international and domestic travel restrictions, we will provide possibility of online presentation for participants from outside of Africa.
