All authors of accepted papers must register before July 5, 2027 for their paper to appear in the proceedings.

Note — Fees are indicative and subject to confirmation by the Finance Committee. The XOF / EUR conversion is based on the standard CFA Franc parity (€1 ≈ 656 XOF). Final amounts will be communicated at the time of registration.

Important rules

  • One paid registration covers a single paper. Authors with multiple accepted papers must register one fee per paper.
  • Each accepted paper requires at least one author to register and present, on-site or virtually.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable; transfers to a colleague are accepted with prior notice.
  • Authors of accepted papers receive a formal invitation letter for visa application support.

Best Innovation Demo

Recognizing the most impactful applied innovation showcased in the demo / poster session.

Payment

How to register and pay

Receive your acceptance

After paper acceptance (June 15, 2027), you will receive registration instructions by email — including the official invoice.

Choose your payment method

Bank transfer, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN, Wave), or credit card. Detailed instructions provided in the invoice email.

Confirm before July 5

Send proof of payment to the Finance Committee. A confirmation email and final receipt will be issued within 5 business days.
