Five steps from manuscript to proceedings

  1. Prepare your manuscript

Format your paper using the official Springer template (Word or LaTeX) — see download links opposite. 8–12 pages for full papers, 4–6 pages for short / poster papers.

  2. Anonymize your submission

Remove all author names, affiliations, and self-identifying references. ICIRT 2027 enforces a strict double-blind review policy.

  3. Email your submission

Send your PDF (and optionally the source files) to submission2027@icirt.info. Indicate the track and a contact author. You will receive an automated acknowledgment within 24 hours.

  4. Peer review

Each paper is reviewed by at least three members of the International Scientific Committee. Reviews focus on originality, technical soundness, clarity, and relevance to the conference scope.

  5. Notification & camera-ready

Acceptance decisions are sent by June 15, 2027. Authors of accepted papers must submit their camera-ready version by June 25, 2027 and ensure at least one author is registered before the registration deadline.

Where will my paper be indexed?

Accepted papers from ICIRT 2027 will be considered for inclusion in Scopus-indexed proceedings. The conference also recommends the top 8–10 papers to a partner peer-reviewed journal for an extended publication.
